If you choose this rate when you book on our website, you can resell it on the Tripresale system if your plans change before your expected arrival date.
This is a really innovative way to handle any unforeseen events that may come up, ensuring you don’t lose your money if you can’t come and enjoy your holiday with us for whatever reason.
Benefits
No changes, but resellable
Bookings cannot be changed or cancelled, but they can be resold.
Direct resale
If you can’t make your trip as planned, resell your booking so that someone else can buy it and you can get your money back.
Adjustable price
You decide the price you want to resell your stay for, as long as it’s not higher than what you paid for it.
Security guarantees
You’ll get an email with detailed instructions on how to put your booking up for sale.
Conditions
· Pre-payment. The full amount of the booking will be charged when the booking is made.
· Registration on TripResale. Required to resell your booking.
· Guaranteed booking. Your booking is guaranteed until 11:59pm on the expected arrival day. If you do not show up on the arrival date and have not warned in advance, a charge will be made for the full amount of the stay and the booking will be cancelled.
· If you can't resell the booking at least 72 hours before your arrival date, your payment will not be refunded.
· Early departures. If you decide to leave the hotel before the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
· Does not include Relax & Care insurance.
· Only applicable in Zafiro Boutique Collection hotels. The 4-star Can Ribera by Zafiro Can Ribera by Zafiro and the Superior 4-star Son Sabater by Zafiro.
How can you resell your booking?
1. Confirmation email
After you book your stay on Zafiro Boutique Collection, you’ll receive an email from TripResale with the steps to follow if you can’t make your trip for some reason and need to resell your booking.
2. Create an account on TripResale
You only need an email and a password. Registration is completely free.
3. Booking registration
After creating your account on TripResale, you will have to introduce your booking reference number and the email address used to make the booking on Zafiro Boutique Collection.
4. Set the resale price
The screen will display your booking details and the price you initially paid for it. This price can be confirmed or changed, but can only be reduced, not increased. It is important to note that you cannot resell your booking for more than you paid for it.
5. Publish the booking and that's it!
Click on “Sell now” and your booking will be made available to other potential customers.
